This year's theme is celebrating the rich culture, diversity and history of the Puerto Rican & Black interconnection which is known as the Afro Caribbean experience. Which is rich in history, struggle, music and cuisine. We will be joined by the Illinois State Council, Local 73, HCII, and the Central States Latino Caucus
